It all started in Bentonville, Arkansas, a place Ryan had never visited before and wasn’t exactly on his life’s bingo card.While there on a work trip, Ryan did what any adventurous traveler might do… he opened Tinder. After just a few short messages, Will offered to take Ryan out to Wellingtons, a steakhouse and whiskey bar. What started as a simple dinner quickly turned into an unforgettable first date filled with great conversation, laughter, and an instant connection.The very next day, Ryan headed back to California for work, thinking the moment had been brief but meaningful. But just four days later, fate stepped in... Ryan was assigned another trip back to Arkansas, this time staying for three days. During that visit, Will showed Ryan around town and even met several of Ryan’s crew members, seamlessly becoming part of his world.When Ryan’s days off came around, Will made the 11-hour drive to visit him in Larkspur, Colorado, a gesture that said everything about how special this connection had become. From there, the distance never stood a chance… and the rest is history.

We didn’t want just one night… so we booked three days, two nights, and maximum fun at Deer Creek Mountain Camp. With on-site lodging for up to 120 guests (plus nearby Airbnbs and hotels), you’re invited to stay, celebrate hard, and avoid being the designated driver.

September 14 — Welcome Dinner & Drinks

ATTIRE: DOUBLE DENIM

1:00–3:00 PM — Guest Arrival &amp; Check-inGuests arrive at Deer Creek Camp and nearby lodging. 4:00 PM — “The Roundup” – Welcome Cocktails &amp; MingleGrab a drink, meet new friends, and reconnect with old ones. 5:30 PM — Welcome DinnerTime to dig into a fantastic meal, share stories, laughs, and cheers. It’s all about great food and even better company. 7:00 PM — Casual Games &amp; SocializingLet the fun continue and enjoy some light games and conversation. 10:00 PM — End of the NightRelax and unwind, with an early night for those gearing up for the big day tomorrow.

Time to let loose and enjoy the night. 11:00 PM — Just One MoreThe party winds down as we head to the gym (the camp's recreation hall) for night owls… and a few more cocktails.

basically, what you’d wear if you were going to a BBQ but also secretly trying to look good for the wedding photos. Hats are optional, but if you’ve got one, wear it!

Getting Here — Denver International Airport (DEN) is about a 1 hour, 15 minute drive from Denver to Bailey, Colorado.

 Rental cars are recommended; rideshare availability (Lyft/Uber) is not guaranteed.
